  • What I don't understand is why there isn't a stronger distinction made between INDIVIDUAL vs. INSTITUTIONAL freedoms. As an individual, I can choose to use or choose NOT to use contraception - via a health plan; thereby securing my individual freedom of choice for whatever reason.
